Parallel Development and QA

AONs2 take care to manage QA procedure throughout the full SDLC. QA member(s) are involved into entire project phases. QA person allocated from the beginning of the project and involved into the business analysis and requirement specification. This ensures the better understanding of the client requirements. QA person also create the appropriate test cases with parallel of development.

Following are the phases of usual QA life cycle:

  • Planning: QA person study the project requirement specification and start creating of test plan and test cases.
  • Initial Testing: Testing of fist deliverables. Test plan changes(if required)
  • Iteration Testing: Testing of ongoing builds
  • Cross testing against the defect fixed by developers
  • Final confirmation on testing before final delivery and deployment
